Tom Brady was seen celebrating at the Churchill Downs with some of Orb's posse after the victory. According to the report, he was with friends and former Patriot teammates, Wes Welker and Teddy Bruschi.
Brady wasn't the only celebrity seen at the 2013 Kentucky Derby. Former vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin was there, and also announced placing a wager on "Frac Daddy." Her horse didn't win, as Frac Daddy finished in 16th place out of 19 horses. But it was Palin's first-ever Kentucky Derby, and she was reported to have said, "A weekend in Kentucky versus being entrenched in the political world, for a weekend, it's heavenly, it's wonderful."
Other celebrities that were seen attending the 139th Kentucky Derby race were Robert Griffin III, Quarterback for the Washington Redskins, Ken Griffey Jr., Warren Moon, Scottie Pippen, Julius Irving (Dr. J), Steffi Graf, Lauren Conrad, and actress Jane Seymour.
